Our contracts are fixed-price: after the in-home consultation and design phase, the number you sign is the number you pay. Unless you change the scope, your price doesn't move — that's written into every agreement.

It depends on scope: a bedroom refresh can run 1–2 weeks, bathrooms 2–4, kitchens 4–8, and full basements 4–8. Your contract includes a dated schedule with milestones — and 98% of our projects finish on or before it.

In most cases, yes. We seal work zones with dust barriers, protect floors and furniture, and keep water and power available wherever possible. For whole-home projects, we sequence rooms so you always have a livable zone.

We use a milestone schedule: a modest deposit to reserve your crew and materials, then progress payments tied to completed stages — with a final payment only after you've walked through and approved every detail. No large upfront demands.

Through national supplier partnerships with premium brands — cabinetry, stone, tile, plumbing, and lighting — often at trade pricing we pass along. You approve every material selection in the design phase.

All workmanship — framing, tile, waterproofing, finishes, and installations — for five full years. It's transferable to the next owner if you sell, which appraisers and buyers genuinely value. Manufacturer warranties on materials run separately and often longer.
